Where we deliver
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery across the GCC is coming soon.

Delivery Options & Charges

• Standard delivery - 30 AED: arrives within 1–2 business days across the UAE.
• Same-day delivery (Dubai only) - 60 AED: for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the next business day.

Delivery is charged on every order; we do not currently offer free shipping.

Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are fulfilled by our delivery partner, Quiqup.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share a tracking ID so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Business Days & Timelines
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Fridays and UAE public holidays.

Delivery timelines depend on Quiqup's operating schedule and may be affected on public holidays or during high demand.
